Women's Diagnostic Announces Name Change To Solis Women's Health

Austin, Texas - November 27, 2006 - Women's Diagnostic today announced that it has changed its name to Solis Women's Health. The name change initiates a marketing campaign by Solis designed to create a cohesive identity around the company's facilities and its various communication outlets.

Brad Hummel, Chief Executive Officer, said "The primary objective of the name change is to present to our patients, referring physicians and prospective physician and hospital partners a recognizable brand that can be deployed in connection with any venue. Additionally, it begins to transfer on a nationwide basis the reputation for quality and patient first service that has been the hallmark of Women's Diagnostic and Women's Diagnostic of Texas."

The company also announced the relocation of corporate headquarters from Plano, TX to Austin, TX. Effective December 15, 2006 the company's executive offices will operate from 600 Congress Avenue, Suite 2150, Austin, Texas 78701 and will house the company's executive, finance & accounting and sales teams.
