DaWanda Nelson, Vice President, Operations

DaWanda brings over 20 years of imaging operational experience to our Solis management team.  Most recently she served as Regional Director of Operations for Memorial Hermann Medical Group in Houston, TX.  She moved into that position after a very successful tenure as the Chief Operating Officer of Outpatient Imaging, also at Memorial Hermann. 

Cheryl Reyes, Regional Director DFW

Cheryl Reyes is Regional Director for Plano, Frisco, and Garland in Texas.  She graduated from Owens College in Toledo, Ohio in 1978 with an Associate Degree in Radiologist Technology. She worked at Riverside Hospital in Toledo where she found her passion for Mammography when her grandmother passed away from breast cancer.  Cheryl relocated to Texas in 1987 and joined Women’s Diagnostic of Texas in Plano.  Since then, Cheryl has continued to dedicate her professional life to performing the highest quality mammography possible.  She has been a manager and mentor for our employees for over ten years.  And in her words, “I still find that my time in direct patient care is the highlight of my day.”

Cathy Wilson, Regional Director - DFW

Cathy Wilson is the Regional Director for Denton, Parker, and Tarrant Counties.  She received her degree in Radiographic Science in 1991 and has been involved in breast imaging for 19 years. An Arizona native, Cathy relocated to Texas 7 years ago with her husband and her 2 daughters.  The entire family feels Texas is definitely the place to be. She joined Solis Women's Health in 2008.  She is certified in Mammography and Breast U/S.  Cathy she enjoys patient care and values the quality of the patient experience provided by Solis Women's Health.  Early detection has a special place in Cathy’s heart; she feels it saved her mother’s life.

Isabel Anderson, Regional Director - Phoenix

Isabel Anderson is the Regional Director for our five centers in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area.  Her radiology career started in the U.S. Army in 1999.   Isabel entered into mammography in 2004 and managed the mammography department at Walter Reed Army Med Cen in Washington D.C. until she left the military in late 2005.  Isabel continued her career in mammography after military duty and joined the Solis team in January 2010 Isabel is passionate about patient care and patient education and believes those two aspects are “key to continued patient compliance and ultimately saving lives.”

Paula Meharg, Center Director - Denton TX

Paula Meharg is the Center Director for our center in Denton, Texas.  Paula is a native Texan.  In May 1978, Paula graduated from El Centro College in Dallas with an Associate’s degree in Arts and Science. In that same year, she became registered in Radiology and worked as a technologist at Irving Hospital.  In 1978 Paula went to work for Denton Regional Medical Center as a mammographer.  Paula came to Solis as Center Director in 2007.  Her commitment to the highest quality breast imaging, patient comfort and service is unmatched.

Latessa Clark, Center Director - HEB

Latessa Clark is the Center Director for our facility in Bedford Texas.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Mississippi Valley State University and an Associate in Radiography Technology from Mississippi Delta Community College.  She has been working in the field of Mammography since 1998.  She was inspired to perform mammograms after a close friend of the family was diagnosed with breast cancer.

Sheila Howard, Center Director

Sheila Howard is the Center Director for both of our facilities in Arlington, Texas.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Radiological Science in 1994 and has been involved in breast imaging for 18 years.  Sheila is a native Texan.  She enjoys spending her time with her two daughters.  She has been certified in Mammography since 1995.  She joined Solis Women’s Health in 2007.  Her grandmother was a survivor of breast cancer and has been an inspiration to her.  She feels early detection saved her grandmothers life.  She is very passionate about providing the best patient care possible.            

Diana Von Voigt, Center Director - Columbus OH

Diana Von Voigt is the Solis Center Director for our two centers in Columbus, Ohio.  Diana graduated in 1979 with an Associate’s Degree of Science in the field of Radiology and was a pioneer in the early use of ultrasound for breast imaging.  Before embarking solely into Mammography, Diana spent 7 years working in Radiation Therapy where, “The value of the human spirit was brought to life.” 

For the last 26 years, Diana has focused her career in Mammography as both technologist and manager.  The desire to work in mammography was driven by the technical advancements in the field and the drive for earlier and earlier detection.  “Finding the cure for cancer would be optimal, but until that time comes, I will take pride in working in a facility that provides the most up to date technology and a desire to make the patient's experience a memorable one.”

Maria Sanfrey, Center Director - Carmel IN

Maia Sanfrey is the Center Director at our center in Carmel, Indiana. Maria graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies and an Associate’s Degree in Radiography. Maria joined Solis in 2008 as a Mammographer and in 2011 transitioned into the role of Center Director. “I truly enjoy working in breast health,” says Maria.  “I find it humbling to be in a position to care for someone's mother, grandmother, sister, friend, or spouse."
