Physician Opportunities
Solis Women’s Health is rapidly expanding within its current markets and into new regions across the US. Along with this expansion comes the inevitable need to add new physicians to the Solis team.
Solis physicians are experienced and well trained, with most coming to Solis centers bringing a background of fellowship training and several years of dedicated breast imaging experience. Each physician interprets over 5,000 mammograms per year, and manages diagnostic protocols that include ultrasound, percutaneous biopsy, and advanced breast imaging tools. An equally well-trained support staff, from the front desk personnel to the expert technologists, complements the efforts of Solis physicians.
At Solis all of our team members are bound together by an ethic that includes the following three elements:
The patient is always first; We perform each task with excellence; and, We execute with urgency.
Solis is determined to find the best clinicians in the world. We realize that demand is very high for breast imagers and, to compete for the best, we strive to create an environment that recognizes the following “needs” that may not be provided in other practice settings:
Respect. Solis physicians are recognized for their expertise in breast imaging. They are routinely admired by patients and referring physicians as the best in their communities
Lifestyle. Just because you are a physician doesn’t mean that you have to give up your right to a complete life. Solis physicians take no weekend or evening call.
Compensation. Solis physicians are independent contractors, and control, to a large extent, their own compensation. For its part, however, Solis provides sufficient patient volumes to allow most Solis physicians to earn incomes in the upper ranges for radiologists.
Solis is successful because the company has married excellent clinical medicine with professional business management and access to capital resources. This combination, and a focus on the patients that we serve, creates increasing opportunities for our delivery system. Everyone on the Solis team works hard, but we also work smart. We have no interests other than the breast health of our patients, and find that this kind of focus provides the greatest opportunity for professional development at all levels.
